Traversing South Korea: Loving Every Moment
South Korea has always had a special place in my heart.
Undeniably, I am a fan of watching Korean dramas. Believe it or not, I can binge-watch for a whole day. I also love listening to Korean pop music. It is my go-to playlist if I need to recharge my energy.
These are the reason why I enjoyed my family travel in South Korea more than any other country. We get to visit two of the most well-known tourist destinations in South Korea, Seoul and Busan. We get to travel for a span of 10 days last December 2017 to January 2018.

Winter season it is! It was our very first travel that we experienced winter. That cold breezy feels just made it even more exciting.

Off to our first day: Seoul City Tour

It was a refreshing feeling to both be in a new environment with a new atmosphere. With the royal palaces just around the corner, walking made us feel like home.

This is the famous legal palace of Joseon, the Gyeongbokgung Palace.
Second day: K-drama’s top destination
Booked in a tour, we get to experience three remarkable sites outside Seoul all in just one day.
Nami Island
Combining a refreshingly beautiful natural setting situation over 63 kilometers from Seoul, Nami Island is a peaceful place where you can enjoy in harmony with humanity and nature.

Petite France
South Korea’s slice of Europe featuring Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s endearing novella, Le Petit Prince (The Little Prince). It is a well-known themed attraction for fans of the classic K-drama, My Love from the Star. Its highlight is the colourful buildings’ facade which makes it a great backdrop for photo-taking opportunities.

Morning Calm Garden
The Garden of the Morning Calm is the most marvelous garden I’ve ever seen. Splendidly surrounded by mountains, tall trees, well-trimmed grass and wonderfully arranged plants and flowers, it was the perfect place to experience the first snow of my life. As we have visited it during the night, all those trees and flowers lit up, making the place filled with colorful bright lights.
